100% Arabic beans decaffeinated using the Swiss water method, (no yucky chemicals for you, my friends). This is the coffee drinker's decaf offering drinkers a pure classic Latin-American coffee. The dark roast rounds and sweetens the acidity but leaves little bitterness behind.
Roaster's notes: Wonderfully robust blend of sweet, toasty, flavours with some sweetness in the top notes, balanced with round acidity and a gentle finish.
